About the Founder – Ehsan Chughtai
Ehsan Chughtai is a transactional and experienced lawyer, practicing law since 1999. He is the director and principal solicitor at EXONS. Mr. Chughtai has received professional training in Share Purchase Agreements and International Commercial Arbitration from institutions in Republic of Ireland and Dubai. He also got practice diploma in International Business Organizations from the College of Law of England and Wales in collaboration with the International Bar Association. He has completed education in International Trade Law and done LLM in Employment Law from the prestigious Staffordshire University. Ehsan Chughtai is a solicitor in the UK, and is enrolled as a solicitor in Republic of Ireland as well. He is also a member of Chartered Institution of Arbitrators. Mr. Chughtai has extensive experienced and in-depth knowledge of laws involved in transactional matters, merger and acquisitions, contract / corporate insolvency and commercial law, bank securities, commercial leases, share purchase agreements, franchise agreements, shariah mortgages, and many other legal practice areas.
Khaled is a solicitor with more than 10 years of legal experience. Before joining us, he worked for two international law firms, Clyde & Co and Herbert Smith Freehills for five years and then for London Law Practice in the City of London. He gained experience of high value, complex commercial disputes, international arbitration and corporate and commercial transactions. He published articles in leading publications such as the Lawyer and Global Arbitration Review. During 2012 and 2013, Khaled worked in the Dubai and Doha offices of Herbert Smith Freehills including a secondment in the in-house legal team of the credit card company, Visa. He gained experience of drafting a range of contracts for Visa. Khaled was originally called to the Bar of England and Wales after completing his Bar Vocational Course in 2007. He started his legal career at the heart of the UK Government working as a charity law adviser at the Cabinet Office. He advised ministers, peers and MPs on charity law and regulation. He also worked closely with the Charity Commission. Throughout his legal career, he has been providing legal assistance in commercial dispute resolution and charity law. In May 2018, he was elected as a Labour Councillor in London Borough of Haringey.
Aisha Ghazi completed her GDL, LPC and LLM at the University of Law of England and Wales with. She has been working as a caseworker with law firms since 2014 and she has vast experience on all Human Rights and Family matters. Before starting her legal career, she earned her M.Sc degree in Medical Molecular Biology from University of Westminster UK and another M.Sc in Biological Sciences from Pakistan. For years, she has been working as an activist for Human Rights and Social Justice. She has voiced her concerns regarding human rights in current global scenario in the form of documentary films on sensitive subjects while working as an independent documentary filmmaker. She contributes articles in a number of newspapers & political magazines and she is regularly invited for lectures at academic and political platforms. She is also a poet with her two collections of poetry published so far. Her work as an activist and a creative writer has been broadly appreciated and reflected through a huge following of her profile on social media. Aisha speaks English, Punjabi and Urdu languages.
Jialing graduated with LLB from Nankai University in China and completed the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in the UK and Before commencing on her legal career, she also earned a Masters in Psychology from Lancaster University. She joined Exons as a caseworker since May 2017 and has acted for a vast array of buyers, sellers, and developers. She is also experienced in advising and assisting overseas buyers from initial stages through to completion and registration. Jialing has gained precious experience on advising clients with pragmatic and practical approach from her previous job in a global lifestyle concierge. She is also known for her unique ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions. Jialing is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
